Why Choose ZXCOOL Resealable ESD Bags?
🔹 Safety & Environmental Protection – PET + Aluminized Film
These bags are manufactured from high‑quality Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) with an internal aluminized layer. This construction provides:
-
Excellent high & low temperature performance – withstands ±500°C (intermittent) without degradation
-
Non‑toxic & eco‑friendly – free from heavy metals and hazardous substances
-
Static shielding – the aluminized layer acts as a Faraday cage, blocking external electrostatic fields
Unlike ordinary anti‑static bags, this bag protects against both ESD and moisture/vapor – critical for sensitive devices like bare hard drives and PCBs.
🔹 Hold Sealing Belt – Waterproof, Damp‑Proof & Vacuum Compatible
The bag features a high‑performance sealing belt (zip lock) that is:
-
Reusable – open and close hundreds of times
-
Waterproof & damp‑proof – moisture resistance rated Class II (protects against high humidity and light splashes)
-
Vacuum compatible – you can evacuate air to prevent oxidation of electronic components (use a vacuum sealer with a smooth jaw)
For long‑term storage of bare hard drives or GPU circuit boards, vacuum sealing dramatically extends component life.
🔹 Reusable Zip Lock Seal – No Extra Equipment Needed
The reliable resealable zipper ensures a tight closure every time:
-
Easy open & seal – press along the track until it clicks
-
No heat sealer, no tape – ready to use out of the box
-
Economical & convenient – perfect for daily handling in repair shops, labs, and assembly lines
-
Long‑term use – zipper withstands repeated cycles without losing seal integrity
Whether you are taking components in and out of storage multiple times a day, or sealing them for a one‑time shipment, this zip lock delivers consistent protection.
🔹 Translucent Design + Anti‑Static Labels Included
Unlike opaque ESD bags that hide contents, our semi‑translucent film lets you:
-
Clearly view inside items – quickly identify which GPU or hard drive is inside
-
Display products – ideal for display cabinets, retail packaging, or inventory shelves
-
Keep out dust & dirt – while still seeing what’s there
Each bag comes with anti‑static labels (write‑on or pre‑printed “ESD sensitive” – specify when ordering). Use them to:
-
Mark part numbers, serial numbers, or dates
-
Add barcodes or QR codes
-
Indicate handling instructions
The labels are made from static‑dissipative material, so they won’t compromise the bag’s ESD performance.

FAQ – Large Resealable ESD Bags with Labels
1. Are these bags truly ESD safe? How do they compare to pink anti‑static bags?
Yes. These bags are static shielding bags – they have an outer conductive layer and an inner aluminized layer that creates a Faraday cage. They offer higher protection than standard pink anti‑static bags (which only dissipate surface charge). Pink bags are fine for general handling; for shipping bare hard drives or GPUs, use static shielding bags like this one.
2. What is the ±500°C temperature rating?
The aluminized PET film can withstand brief exposure to very high or low temperatures (e.g., during soldering, autoclaving, or extreme storage). For continuous use, stay within –50°C to +50°C. The ±500°C rating refers to intermittent peaks – do not use as an oven bag.
3. Can I vacuum seal these bags with a standard home vacuum sealer?
Yes, provided your sealer has a smooth sealing bar (not a wire/impulse type that melts through). Place the open end of the bag across the seal bar, vacuum, then seal. The zip lock remains usable after vacuum sealing.
4. How do I use the included anti‑static labels?
The labels are made from static‑dissipative material. Write on them with a standard pen or marker, then peel and stick onto the bag. They will not generate static charge. For pre‑printed labels (e.g., “ESD SENSITIVE”), specify at order.
5. Are these bags reusable?
Absolutely. The zip lock seal is designed for hundreds of open/close cycles. As long as the bag is not punctured or torn, you can reuse it many times – reducing waste and cost.
6. What does “moisture resistance Class II” mean?
Class II indicates the bag provides protection against high humidity and light water spray (e.g., in a damp warehouse or during shipping in rain). It is NOT submersible – do not place underwater.
7. Can you make larger sizes for full‑size GPUs?
Yes. Many modern GPUs (e.g., RTX 4080, RX 7900 XT) are 12–13″ long. We offer custom sizes like 12×15″ or 14×18″. Contact us with your dimensions.

Dome –
Used for a bit of a non-standard use-case. I originally thought I might store my LTO tapes, one per bag, in these, as I didn’t have the clamshells they would normally be stored in. I quickly realized 7.8×11.8in bags were way overkill for this and just made an organizational mess. I instead used these to line a gasketed storage tote with a hygrometer and desiccant to keep the moisture regulated for long term tape storage of backup archive LTO tapes (and my stash of unused tapes). Seems like a good bag, no rips for the ones I did open, but most of them I just lined my box with the large bags as-is.
